I've spent nearly 30 years hand-collecting geodes from Fishing Creek in Lincoln County, Kentucky — walking this creek since 1998, learning its bends and gravel bars, and pulling up pieces like these with my own two hands. Every geode in this listing came from that same creek. No imports, no middlemen — just Kentucky rock, found by me.

What does "pre-scored" mean?
If you've never opened a geode before, here's what to expect: I use a rock saw to cut a shallow guide line around the outside of each geode before it ships. The inside stays completely untouched — 100% natural, exactly as it formed over millions of years. You'll still need a hammer and a chisel or flathead screwdriver to open it, but the score line gives you a clear target, so instead of guessing where to strike, you're working along a clean path toward a nice, even split.
Safety first: always wear safety glasses when cracking geodes — small chips can fly on impact.
