Return & Refund Policy

At Fishing Creek Rocks Geodes, every order is hand-selected and carefully packed. Because geodes are natural specimens, the interior crystal formation varies and cannot be guaranteed — this is part of what makes each one unique.

Eligible Returns We accept returns in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged in transit

All Sales Final Once Opened Once a geode has been cracked or broken open, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns based on the interior appearance, crystal size, or color — the natural variation inside is what makes each geode a one-of-a-kind treasure.

Return Window All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return Email jennsgeodes@gmail.com or call (606) 303-2536 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Do not ship items back without prior written authorization.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly fulfilled.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened geodes (any geode that has been cracked or broken)
• Items returned after 7 days
• Digital downloads
