Return & Refund Policy

At Fishing Creek Rocks Geodes, we hand-select and carefully pack every order. Due to the natural nature of our geodes, we only accept returns under these conditions:

Eligible Returns: Item received was incorrect or arrived damaged.

Return Window: Submit all requests within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request: Email jennsgeodes@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Non-Returnable: Correctly fulfilled items, items returned after 7 days, and digital downloads.
